A legal disclaimer
Fees for tutoring services must be paid in full before the start of sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Twilah Academy cancels a session without providing a reschedule option. If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, at least 3 hours notice must be given to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Twilah Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.
Terms and Conditions
Twilah Academy strives to provide high-quality tutoring services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

If Twilah Academy cancels a session and cannot provide a rescheduled date.

If a student withdraws from a program before it begins, a partial refund may be granted at Twilah Academy’s discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the scheduled session.

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions without prior notice by the student or for dissatisfaction with tutoring outcomes, as progress depends on the student's engagement and effort.

If a refund is granted based on special circumstances, it will be processed and delivered within 3-7 business days.
